This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on June 11, 2020 and concluded on the same date. The designated in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present because the program has been closed. The Inspector emailed the Human Resources/Operations Manager a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed children?s records and a few staff records submitted by the facility Virtually to ensure documentation was complete.The Inspector stated the systems in place for administration was organized and helpful in the inspection.
