A non-mandated complaint inspection was conducted on April 9, 2024 from 9:30am-11:00am regarding physical plant. Observation and interviews were conducted and there was not a preponderance of evidence to support a violation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
