A complaint was received by the Fairfax Licensing office on 5/25/2023 regarding the care and protection and supervision of children. On 5/31/2023, an investigation was initiated, in the morning between 11:30 am and 1:15 pm. The investigation included interviews with the management team and staff. The investigation was completed on 6/15/2023. It was determined that the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation, and the complaint is deemed not valid.
