Comments:
The licensing inspector completed an inspection in response to a self-reported concern of alleged forbidden actions that supposedly occurred at the center on 1/11/2023. The allegation was self-reported to the Licensing Inspector on 1/12/2023. On 1/13/2023, the licensing inspector, with a representative of CPS, was on site from approximately 12:00pm until 1:30pm interviewing staff. The evidence gathered during interviews determined the allegation of forbidden actions to not be valid.
