Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 7, 2021 and concluded on September 7, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 51 children present and 13 staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed four children?s records and four staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on a review of center documentation, the licensee did not ensure to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The Director confirmed that the most recent fire inspection report for the facility was more than one year old and was dated 6/1/2020.
Plan of Correction:
Contact the Fire Department for an annual inspection to be completed.
