An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 01/05/2024 and was concluded on 01/10/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 01/05/2024 regarding supervision. Observation, record reviews, and interviews were conducted relating to the allegations on 01/10/2024. The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be " not valid".
