A complaint inspection was conducted on May 4, 2023, in response to a complaint that was received by the department on April 19, 2023, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint was determined to be not valid and will close. No violations were issued.
