A complaint inspection was conducted on April 11, 2024, in response to a complaint that was received by the department on March 18, 2024, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center from an incident on November 27, 2023. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The complaint is determined to be not valid due to no evidence to support the complaint. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
