A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/29/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 13 children present and 4 staff. There were five children's records and five staff records reviewed. There were no medications on the premises during the inspection. The inspector arrived at the facility at 8:30 AM and departed at 12:30 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
