An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/21/2023. There were 8 children, ages 2 years-5 years, 4 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records, 2 staff records and 3 board/agent records were reviewed. The children were observed during lunch time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:05am and departed the center at 12:44pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
