09/19/2022 Arrived 11:15am Departed 12:15pm An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 14 children present with six classroom staff, an administrator and a cook. The children were working independently, eating lunch and playing outdoors. Three child records and four staff records were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of an emergency medicine for a child in care, the facility failed to ensure that the medication is in an original , labeled container. Evidence: 1. The emergency medication for child #3 is not in the original, labeled container.
Plan of Correction:
Parent will send new prescription in box with all necessary information for medication.
