Comments:
An unannounced mandated inspection was completed from 11:25am until 12:40. There were 30 children and 11 staff present. Five children?s records were reviewed.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center did not have an annual fire inspection. Evidence: The last fire inspection was completed 04/20/22.
Plan of Correction:
T he fire inspector is expected to complete the inspection the week of April 15th and will send the inspector a copy.
