An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated with a representative from a local agency on December 20, 2019 in response to allegations received by the Division regarding supervision of children. Based on staff interviews as well as review of written and video documentation, the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be "not valid".
