This complaint inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and staff interviews.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 2/18/1022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in infant care. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation and staff interviews were conducted.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
