Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed the availability of staff records and training materials with the director.
Comments:
An announced file review inspection was conducted today from approximately 10am-2:15pm. Staff files were viewed. Exit interview was conducted with the director. Please email Kimberly.Sawyer@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
Based on record review, staff records were missing required information.
Evidence: 1) The record of Staff B was missing documentation to demonstrate that the individual possesses the education, certification, and experience required by the job position. 2) The record of Staff C was missing orientation requirements.
