An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 3/26/21. Reports were reviewed relating to the allegation of the ratio requirement not being met for a 3 year old classroom. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not vaild".
