An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/12/2022. There were 36 children, ages 2 1/2 years-5 years and 8 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time and craft time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:50am and departed the center at 11:19 am.
Discussion on hazardous substances and other harmful agents. Discussion on requirements for children?s records.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
