This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/30/2020 in response to a serious injury reported on 10/29/2020. The inspector interviewed staff and reviewed written injury documentation for this incident.
Based on the information gathered no violations were found with applicable standards or law.
