Licensing inspector discussed certificate of insurance and forms with the director.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:25pm. There were 41 children in the direct care and supervision of 13 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
