There were 41 children in the direct care and supervision of 13 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
