Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 8:30am and departed at 11:30 am to conduct a licensing inspection . At the time of arrival was 46 children in care with 9 staff . Additional staff arrived during the inspection. The Licensing Inspector observed children arriving, eating breakfast, storytime, station activities and freely playing. The sample size consisted of 6 children records and 6 staff records. Areas of non-compliance were reviewed with the director.
Based on observation, record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure there was a annual health inspection document to be provided during inspection. Evidence: The most recent health inspection document provided was dated 12/26/2018. The director stated she was not provided a document for the most recent health inspection.
