Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 14, 2023 . There were 61 children present with 7 staff supervising.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and five staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure a health insepction was completed annually.
Evidence: The most recent health inspection was May 24, 2021 which is more than a year old.

Based on record reveiw the licensee did not ensure areas and equipment of the center , inside and outside , shall be maintained in a clean safe and operable condition.
Evidence: In all rooms in the center , there was dust on the ceiling vents. The infant classroom, there is white peeling paint on the bottom of the 1/2 door.
