The following unannounced complaint inspection was conducted and concluded on 03/15/2023, between the hours of 10 am through 1:30 pm, on site at the facility located in Arlington, Virginia. Based on all available evidence and interviews conducted, the following was the finding for the area of the standards and/or code that was in review:
