An investigation was initiated on 7/10/19 in response to a complaint received by the Eastern Regional Office on 7/9/19 regarding physical plant and supervision concerns. A second complaint was received on 8/27/19 regarding a concern about infant feeding. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted on 10/23/19 and interviews with staff were completed. A tour of the entire facility, including the playground, was conducted and documentation related to the complaint was reviewed. Based on information gathered during the investigation, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were cited as a result of the investigation.
