An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on October 7, 2019 and October 8, 2019 in response to a complaint received on October 2, 2019 regarding forbidden actions and procedures for emergencies. Interviews were conducted with staff along with review of one staff records and one child's record on October 7, 2019 and October 8, 2019. Additional information was obtained on October 24, 2019. Based on the information gathered, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations therefore the complaint is not valid.
