Multiple complaints regarding cleanliness, sanitation procedures during the pandemic were received during the month of April. A remote investigation was conducted. Staff and an administrator were interviewed by telephone. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, that complaint is not valid. There were not any violations cited as a result of this investigation.
