An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Acting Director and Founder/Consultant on 8/25/22 from 10:15am to 11:35am. The classrooms and playground were observed; nine child records were reviewed for documentation of immunizations; and 11 staff records were reviewed for background checks and annual health statements. There were 52 children present, supervised by 10 staff. Children were observed having free play in centers- painting, doing puzzles, reading books, and playing in the ?homeliving? areas of the classrooms; as well as playing on the new playground. There were no violations cited as a result of the inspection.
