Today we discussed the trajectory fall zones and depth of resilient surface which must be maintained under and around the large dome climber, if children in the licensed program, to include school age children before and after school and in summer camp, will use it.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00 pm to 2:10 pm. At the time of entrance 40 children were in care with 5 staff members supervising. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records, 1 new staff record and 6 staff record updates. Children were observed during outdoor play time, lunch time and nap time. No medication is being administered to children in care at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were.
