An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:30pm-2:00pm. There were 25 children in the direct care and supervision of 8 staff members. A sample of 3 children's records, 4 staff records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency materials, the playground, and the physical plant were reviewed.
