The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on July 24, 2019 regarding allegations of supervision. The inspection was completed on August 26, 2019 from 10:20 am to 3:45 pm. Interviews with staff were completed, and observations were made in the center.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
