Technical assistance was provided regarding the requirement of an allergy action plan for all allergy medications.

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 08/23/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; staff trainings, nutrition and food services, record keeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries and emergency plans.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
