An unannounced monitoring desk review was conducted virtually due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This Center was closed during the time of review. Child files were reviewed with Admin. Evacuation drills and COVID 19 policies were also reviewed. Per Organization Admin there was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training and required Background Checks.
