A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/01/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, 2 of 5 staff did not complete the departments health and safety update course annually.
Evidence: 1. The most recent health and safety update course training in the record for Staff #1 was dated 8/4/2021. 2. The most recent health and safety update course training in the record for Staff #2 was dated 1/23/2022.

We will have staff complete the training.
