An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50 pm-4:00 pm. There were 20 children in the direct care and supervision of 4 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records and a portion of 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating snack, being dismissed and on the playground. One new staff member has been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the administrative teacher.
