Comments:
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the director on January 5, 2024, beginning at 12:47 a.m. and ending at 1:32 p.m. Additional documentation was reviewed on January 9, 2024. There were 23 children in care during the inspection. Five children's records were in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. Facility policies and procedures were reviewed and in compliance.

Based on a review of four staff records, the center failed to provide the department's representative documentation of fingerprinting background checks being completed for all staff members. Evidence: Staff B, staff C, and staff D were missing documentation of fingerprinting background checks in their records.
