An unannounced inspection was initiated on 6/20/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 6/8/2023 regarding allegations of allegiantly forbidden actions. On 6/20/2023, the inspector was on site from approximately 12:05 PM until 1:30 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, and observations were made. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations issued.
