A complaint investigation was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of staffing and supervision, transportation and staff/children ratios. A complaint inspection was initiated on March 22, 2022. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed including attendance and enrollment sheets.
The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
