An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/31/2023 from 11:20am to 1:00pm as a result of a self-reported incident regarding supervision. There were 14 children ages 4 years old to age 5 years old supervised by 3 staff in the Junior Kindergarten classroom that was observed. The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, programming, attendance, 2 children?s records, 2 staff records, injury reports, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in lunch, transition, reading and handwashing. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection as the result of the self-reported incident.
