Comments: An unannounced inspection based on a self-reported issue regarding behavioral guidance (440 B and 416) took place today from 1:15 - 3:15 pm. Staff were interviewed, records were reviewed and classrooms were observed. There were 65 children present in 6 classrooms. I observed naptime and transition to snack. Based on available information, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the concern.
