The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 09/03/2019 regarding allegations of supervision, forbidden actions and behavior guidance. The inspection was initiated on 09/06/2019 and completed on 09/20/2019. On 09/06/2019, the inspector was on site from 10:10am to 11:32am and on 09/20/2019 the inspector was on site from 10:10am to 11:00am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The inspector completed additional interviews on September 17, 2019.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
