The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on October 10, 2019 in response to a complaint received by our department on September 25, 2019. The inspector was on site from 10:55 AM to 11:45 AM. The allegations of the complaint were in reference to supervision, records, medications, and maintenance. Observations were made, interviews were conducted, and records were reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
