Based on record review, it was determined the program didn't have a written allergy plan that included a physician's plan regarding food allergy and steps that should be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic response. Evidence: 1. Parent brought in an EpiPen for a child that didn't include prescription label or medical confirmation of food allergy.
Plan of Correction:
We will request a current physician's report to document the specific allergy and plan of action.
