An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding updated regulations in child/staff ratios, CPR certification, out of state searches, and accessing the department's website for notices, forms, and additional information. A copy of the new regulations was given to the director during this inspection.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, July 1, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 2:30pm and concluded at approximately 4:10pm. Today approximately 53 children were in attendance being supervised by thirteen staff with the correct child/staff ratio in each classroom. Administrative records, children's classrooms, restrooms, gymnasium, sanctuary, outdoor playground, and common areas were inspected. No violations were found during this inspection.
