A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/25/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 55 children present with 11 staff. Children were observed building with legos, painting, having circle time, reading books, building with colored shaped, and practicing phonics. Reviewed 5 staff files, 5 children's files, medications and authorizations, attendance, and physical plant. . A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
