Comments:
An unannounced focused inspection was conducted from 9:45am-11:45am. At the time of entrance, 72 children were in care with 8 staff members present. Children were observed washing hands, playing in centers, sitting in circle time and playing outside. The physical space and supervision of children were observed. Based on observation, areas of the center inside were not maintained in a operable condition. Evidence: 1. In the Preschool B classroom, the toilet was broken and covered with a black trash bag.
Plan of Correction:
We placed a work order and expedited the repair date to tomorrow 6/09/22
