The Licensing Inspector for Life Church of the Roanoke Valley (Life Academy) conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Licensing Inspector arrived and started the inspection at 11:45 AM. There were eighty-two (82) children ages 5 weeks to 4 years old and eighteen (18) staff members present during today?s inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 10 staff and 10 children records. Records reviewed included children medication records. Children were observed during arrival/departure procedures, resting/nap time, bathroom/hand washing/diapering procedures, snacks/meal served and infant feeding, group activities & self-initiated activities.
There were NO VIOLATIONS found during today?s inspection. Licensing Inspector conducted an exit with the Center Director/Administrator on September 3, 2019. Inspection concluded at 4:55 PM. If you have any questions, the Licensing Inspector for this facility can be reached at (540) 309-2397.
