A complaint inspection was initiated on July 25, 2022 from approximately 9:50 am to 10:20 am in response to a complaint. The department received the complaint on July 20, 2022. The Licensing Inspector visited the center on July 25th and August 1st and conducted a phone interview on August 8, 2022. Documentation was gathered and reviewed while at the center.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regards to the complaint.
