A complaint inspection was initiated on June 14, 2024 in response to a complaint that was received on June 12, 2024 in reference to supervision. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted. Follow up interviews were conducted on June 28th, 2024. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regard to the complaint. Therefore, the complaint is considered to be not valid.
