An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:50 am to 11:40 am. There were 15 children present in the preschool classroom with 3 staff members. The children were observed in various supervised and structured activities including but not limited to: outdoor play, Legos, arts and crafts, technology centers and playdough. 2 children's records, 4 staff records and other center documents were reviewed.
