An unannounced inspection was conducted in response to receipts of two serious injuries at the center. The inspection was conducted between 11:20am to 12:10pm. The injuries were dated 7/26/19 and 7/29/19, involving two different children. 2 children's records including the injury reports were reviewed. The areas inside and outside the building where the injuries were inspected. No violations, related to the injuries were cited during this inspection.
